Can hepatic lesion results be due to injury?
Right Flank impact fall: Unenhanced liver shows 3 low -attenuation lesions: 1)inferolateral R lobe 2.3 x 1.7 cm 2)anterior to the portal vein 2.2 x 1.4 cm 3)superolateral R lobe 1.2 x 1.0 cm
It's possible that a hepatic lesion can be a result from an injury, however it would usually be in just one area and not in multiple areas. I think your findings on CT scan need to be further evaluated.
