my 5 year old has a small white lump on bottom of tongue, and seems to be growing.
Although what you describe is unlikely to be serious, anything that seems to be growing deserves professional attention. I suggest an appointment with a pediatric dentist to evaluate the lump and provide treatment options if any are needed. Good luck!
