I have cardiac amyloidosis normal systolic 135 145 Diastolic 77 87 but in the am 170 175/ 95 105 taking 50 mg metoprolol daily 5 mg hytrin 20mg lasix am 75 year old male probably 15 lbs over weight any suggestions? Thanks
Much more evidence would be required before offering any advice on care for hypertension in someone with this complex a presentation.
