Pharmacy and Medications

Naproxen

09/21/2010

Question:

why my pain is the same after 11 days of 500mg twice a day?

Answer:

Thank you for visiting NetWellness. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The NSAID class can be used to treat many types of pain but they are better at treating some types of pain than others. They are also better at treating mild to moderate pain than at treating severe pain.

Without knowing the details of your case, it is not appropriate for me to suggest reasons you are still having pain or for me to recommend other forms of pain relief. I recommend you seek advice from a physician or visit a local pharmacy for more specific help.
