Treatment for Tortuous Colon

Question:

I have been told that I would need to have part of my colon removed brcause of a tortuous colon I have severe constipation and my stomach swells really bad, before they can do a colonoscopy In have to have several enemias which is painful I suffer fromIBS and Crohns so is surgery the answer and will I have towear a ostomy bag?
