how long does lortab stay in your system?
Thank you for contacting Net Wellness. Hydrocodone/acetaminophen (lortab®) is a narcotic pain reliever. The time for the medication to begin working usually is 10 to 20 minutes and it’s duration of pain relief is between 4 and 8 hours. The drug is broken down into non-active components that take 23 to 30 hours to eliminate the hydrocodone and 7 to 21 hours to eliminate the acetaminophen from the body by your kidneys.
