There are so many different types of braces. How do I know which type is best for my child?
With most children you are better off with fixed appliances. That is, bonded to the teeth as opposed to removables. The trouble with removables is that children tend to loose them or not wear them enough. The most important thing is to define the problem and select a trained orthodontist for the diagnosis.
