Should I expect to be symptom free, i.e. floaters and light flashes, one day after a laser procedure for small retinal tear?
No, it will take a while (perhaps 1-2 months) for the floaters to completely break up and become less noticeable. But the laser procedure should keep you from seeing more of them.
