Hair dye after chemotherapy12/08/2010 |
I am a breast cancer survivor. I finished my chemotherapy three months ago. I finished my radiation treatments three weeks ago. I lost my hair, and it is returning very gray. Is there a medical reason to wait before I dye it? My scalp is not tender. I was very lucky and had minimal side effects from any of the treatment, except for the hair loss.
Sorry I am late with this answer. There is no reason to delay hair coloring after recovery from chemotherapy. Congratulations on completing chemotherapy and on your recovery!
