Please help me with an answer, I take care of my teeth really I do, I just cant afford a orthodontist or dentist visit at this time. If you could help me I really appreciate this in advance. Thank You, your HELP is really appreciated.

Answer:

You may need a root canal or to have your tooth removed.  You need to see your dentist.
