Botched Circumcision03/18/2011 |
As an infant i was given a botched circumcision. I cannot pull down my foreskin and it has ripped and torn in some areas. I also cannot clean it properly. What are my options for circumcision without insurance?
The US Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care has a directory that will help you find a clinic that will give you medical, including dental care, even if you have no medical insurance or money.
