Grade 3 Bilateral Chronic Renal Parenchymal03/23/2011 |
Ultrasound impression is "grade 3 bilateral chronic renal parenchymal disease". Blood urea is 206, serum creatitine is 11. What is the start treatment? What are the treatment options? Is there any cure?
The ultrasound results suggest advanced scarring of the kidneys, which is not curable or reversible. The blood test results show a very severe degree of kidney failure. The only helpful treatments at this point would be either dialysis (three times a week) or a kidney transplant.
