Sunburn

08/19/2011

Question:

I got a mild sunburn on my arms in early July and they are now peeling. Is there any thing I can do to help with the peeling? I think it looks bad.

Answer:

Peeling skin is dead skin. You can try to apply moisturizer to decrease the dryness and/or gently exfoliate while in the shower with a soft washcloth but only time and future use of sunscreen will remedy the situation.
