Thank you for visiting NetWellness. Typically grade 1 ankle sprains take 2-4 weeks to heal. If you CAN NOT walk on your ankle you should go to your family physician to get an x-ray to make certain that you haven’t broken a bone.
If the x-ray is negative, you are doing all the right treatment to help yourself get better. The medication you are referring to is not used in the United States commonly. I have no knowledge or experience with this medication. I’m sorry, but I am therefore not qualified to make any statements regarding its use.
