Pregnant?

Question:

I am age 45 have been experiencing hot flashes for the past 4month a have been gaining a lot of weight..my partner and I are sexually active and have not been using any protection..now my hot flashes have stopped altogether..can I be pregnant?

Answer:

If you have not been using contraception, you could certainly be pregnant. Please take a home pregnancy test and/or make an appointment with an obstetrician/gynecologist.
