Newborn and Infant Care
I want to know if women can be pregnant if she make sex one day Later that her menstruation end?
Yes, it is possible to become pregnant any time you have intercourse without using a reliable method of birth control.
In order for pregnancy to occur a woman must ovulate and sperm from the man must be present. The exact time of ovulation is unpredictable, even women with very regular menstrual cycles can experience delayed or early ovulation. Because of the irregularity and resulting ovulation it is difficult to predict exact times in which pregnancy can occur. The only time a woman can not become pregnant is following ovulation and prior to menstruation. Signs of ovulation include scant, thick, sticky cervical mucus. If the woman has been taking her basal body temperature (body temperature taken first thing in the morning, after at least five hours of sleep, and prior to ANY activity) her temperature will increase following ovulation. If you think you might be pregnant you could seek out your health care provider or if it is time for your menstrual period, you could do a home pregnancy test, being sure to follow the directions exactly. If the test is positive you will need to seek immediate prenatal care from your health care provider.
